Wouldn’t it be uncomfortable if she had to ask for the other’s name? Vocaloids were assumed to all know each other. But what was she to do? She could try to access the updated database, but it probably wasn’t compatible with her outdated software. Still, she made the attempt, straining herself. Hm, Gala…co? Was that right? The remaining data was gibberish to her, but she could read the name at least.
“Oh no, I’m sorry. Well, I don’t get to be in concerts either, so I understand.” She gave a timid laugh.
“Hmn, is that so? Then, we can make our own concert someday! It won’t be too fancy or anything, but we’ll wear costumes like Hatsune-san does and sing whatever we want.” She nodded to herself, as though it was the best plan in the world. Laughing, she threw her arms in the air. “Ah, it sounds so exciting, I really want to do it now!"
Galaco paused in her cheering to smile down at her fellow VOCALOID. Noticing how timid she was, it suddenly dawned on her that she may not have the data needed to comprehend who she was. With every new thing that someone comes across, they’d need to gather the information required to understand something, right? With Rin being an older version, she may not have been able to get this information like her newer self.

Analyzing revealed that this was a Vocaloid3, particular model unknown. She had no data on V3s, after all.

Galaco blinked, eyebrows raising. She simply stared for a few seconds, analyzing the blonde’s features. Upon further inspection, she had reached the conclusion that this was not Act2 nor Append Kagamine Rin, but Act1. How odd, she was sure everyone had gone through their upgrades, but thinking about it now, surely it was natural for the old version of the voicebank to be up and around if it was still being ordered.
“Aw… How cute… Sorry, Kagamine-chan. I was just joking there. ’m not getting a concert any time soon.”
