Dead? Rhubarb frowns. He considers what she was saying for a moment, finding it hard to understand. The very concept of the world dying was a disturbing one, and he trips over it, concerned of the implications even as she says it was an exaggeration. How much of an exaggeration? He wanted figures.
“I doubt that the world could have died, or that it could be only partially dead, in a way that you could measure…” He blinks slightly, thinking about it. She’d greeted him, hadn’t she? “Good morning.”
“O-oh, but you don’t get it! I was really lonely, and no matter what I did, my calls didn’t get through to anyone!” Well, more like her phone bill hadn’t been paid, so no call whatsoever could make it through, but she didn’t realize that just yet.
“But anyway! Good morning to you too!” She disregarded any thoughts of him thinking of her as weird. There was no way he could have though, right? No, of course not! She wasn’t dramatic or anything! “It’s good weather, isn’t it?"
Galaco smiled happily, a satisfied laugh sounding through the area. How great! After she was worried everyone she knew was gone, more people were here to talk to! Well, many weren’t very recognizable, but it was better than nothing!
“Hello!” Galaco greeted excitedly, hands clapping together. “I’m happy to know the world isn’t as dead as I thought it was– Though, I think that’s just an exaggeration, aha!”
