What came first when speaking to people? Well, in this case it was her stomach. She hadn’t eaten much the whole day, despite not really needing the nutrients, but she liked the flavors and the textures of things, so why not, right?
And so, without any further ado, the VOCALOID spoke a proposal that probably wasn’t a sentence to use when making a good first impression.

“This is really important, so before we speak, we must have something to munch on first.” She totally could have worded that differently and in truth, it probably would have been better if she did. But the sentence was in the wind now, and had met the ears of the intended, so there was no way she could take it back now.

Galaco stared, completely dumbfounded. This was the first time she met two models, one of which was most likely the original while the other was based on the other. She didn’t come into contact with another VOCALOID too often, so she never heard of such a thing happening.

“… I-I’m not… I’m not going crazy, am I? Is this some sort of Christmas dream that I’ve heard about? I didn’t know someone like me could even meet a spirit–!” Well, only a slap and perhaps a good shake could get her out of her thoughts now.

She might have been slightly too excited with interacting with more people, though who could blame her when, for the past few months, all she’s been doing is commuting between her apartment and the office?

“I’m usually a shut-in, so I’m glad to see some people around,” the slim girl squealed, bouncing on the balls of her feet in excitement. She laughed cheerfully, and despite how silly she looked in her horrifyingly ugly Christmas sweater, she still stood outside her apartment proudly.
“Anyway, are ya’ here for some Christmas caroling? ‘Cause I’ll join you! My update’s almost complete, so I’m ready for some serious holiday cheer!”

Galaco smiled happily, a satisfied laugh sounding through the area. How great! After she was worried everyone she knew was gone, more people were here to talk to! Well, many weren’t very recognizable, but it was better than nothing!
“Hello!” Galaco greeted excitedly, hands clapping together. “I’m happy to know the world isn’t as dead as I thought it was– Though, I think that’s just an exaggeration, aha!”
“Good morning,” Galaco mumbled sleepily, despite the moon being high in the sky and the stars glimmering in their soft glow. Terrible sleeping schedule? What? Of course not! And she wasn’t sleeping in the park while sitting up, no, only weirdos did that.
Pausing, she blinked up at the sky, immediately jumping off the park bench as she let out a horrified screech. “I-it’s already this late?!” Whipping out her phone, she let out a sobbing sound once she found it was dead. “… U-um… Y-you wouldn’t happen to have the time… W-would you?”

Opening her apartment’s door, Galaco merely blinked, glancing over at the visible microwave clock in the kitchen, cheek puffing in confusion. She sipped at her coffee before tilting her head, eyebrows raised in question.
“So… Uh… Is it normal for people to come visit people so late at night? I mean, I don’t mind since I’m usually in bed around three in the morning, but… Ya’ know, neighbors might find it weird.”

Galaco’s eyes snapped open once she had heard her doorbell, groaning as she got out of bed. She sighed, leaning against the door for some time and nearly fell asleep once more before there was a knock, allowing yet another unpleasant sound to slip from her lips. Not even bothering to check who it was, she opened her apartment’s door, body held up by the door’s frame.
Standing in her pajamas, eyes closed, she simply said: “… Isn’t it a bit early for visitors?”

Galaco stared at the girl for some time, knowing in the back of her mind that she was probably scaring the girl due to the intensity her eyes showed. Her usual bright eyes grew dull and glassy for those several moments, a soft clicking sound emanating from her being as she finally blinked.

Shrugging to herself, Galaco smiled widely yet sheepishly, bowing lowly in apology. “Sorry ‘bout that! I was trying to stare into your soul,” she joked, laughing. “I’m Galaco. Nice ta’ meet you!”

Galaco nearly squealed in excitement. This was a first time she wasn’t put in the spotlight in the presence of a human! It was exciting and she was looking forward to it, however, her spirits were slightly diminished due to the other’s rather cold and distant expression. However, she was the amazing Galaco, so she’d be able to work around it! … Right? … Hopefully.
