Fingers glide across the PSP, softly tapping when prompted to do so. She’s played this game before — with (only) satisfactory results; possessing an inclination of perfection, she rewinds her game and replays it as the blue protagonist in lieu of the red. The screen flickers and the familiar calender dates April 20 — the first day of exploring her beloved Tartarus. She fixates her beryl eyes upon the glossed screen and the world beside her is all disregarded. Her attention refuses to falter, even when rainbow donned locks sweep next to her on the bench.
The android had been minding her own business, passing by this and that with no second glance. Though, as her eyes wandered, bright hues landed on a screen far too familiar for her. Back tracking in her steps, she loomed over behind the other, watching her play before realization hit her and she was sitting next to the shorter, a loud, horrified gasp filling the air.
“You can’t play!” she squeaks, hands resting on only one of the blonde’s shoulders, shaking her as if she were going mad. “Don’t go through the pain!” Not like she knew she already did.
